Last Chauffeurs’ CD, Partons Allons, have been finalist 2009 at Quebec most prestigious music award in the category “Traditional album of the year”.

After 3 years of solo career (with an album called Philomène), fiddler, harmonicist, feet tapper, guitarist and singer Louis-Simon Lemieux joined again Les Chauffeurs. We’re now back at 4 members! Great music with plenty of swing to come. New stuff ready for summer 2010.

Les Chauffeurs received a financial support from the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec to do some research and some creation. New material to come.
